PIONEERS Stakeholder Community

The PIONEERS project addresses the challenges faced by European ports to reduce their environmental impact while remaining competitive in a sector characterised by continuous growth. The project’s Stakeholder Community aims to bring ideas on which actors shall be involved in joining the PIONEERS network, identifying the common interest and needs and understanding the role they would play in PIONEERS. 

With the Stakeholder Community, we ensure that the stakeholders will reach the EU Green Deal’s objectives. Moreover, it will enable stakeholders’ engagement and co-operation in order to successfully transfer the innovations proposed by the four European Ports participating in PIONEERS – Port of Antwerp-Bruges, Barcelona, Constanta and Venlo -, scaling them up internationally.

By becoming a part of the PIONEERS Stakeholder Community, the stakeholders will have continuous access to the latest news and achievements of the project, as well as the opportunity to be proactively involved in the PIONEERS’ events. This allows the exchange of opinions and establishes synergies with other organisations that want to make an impact on the greening transition.
