PIONEERS project reports are now available

PIONEERS is a highly ambitious project, rethinking all aspects of port operations: from terminal operations, concession agreements, mobility, connectivity and fuels to cooperation models and energy production, storage and use. The project has a five-year timeframe and has started at the end of 2021.

The project’s main goal is to shape a Green Port Masterplan for a harmonised approach of EU ports to emissions reduction and to achieve this, PIONEERS is working hard on concrete projects for sustainable innovation, aiming to strengthen the role of ports as central hubs for GHG-neutral shipping.

Throughout the course of the project, several reports have to be submitted as per the rules of the funding programme, Horizon 2020. If you would like to know how our consortium operates, there are several reports available here.
