The 2nd Baltic and Black Sea Ports & Shipping 2023 Exhibition and Conference was held in Gdánsk, Poland, from 16 to 18 May 2023, with the support of Port Gdánsk and Baltic Hub.
With a dynamic conference programme featuring 25 world-class transport and logistics speakers, ranging from industry experts, government officials, and influential stakeholders from countries throughout the Baltic and Black Sea region, the event addressed critical challenges and opportunities in global and regional trade and investment.
George Vişan from Port of Constanta, one of the four ports in the PIONEERS project, spoke at Session 3, “Integration of Sustainable Port Developments Vision in Reducing Carbon Footprint, Developing Regional Economy and in Creating Innovations”, on Wednesday, May 17th. In the session, the Port of Constanta presented the path for greening ports that will be developed within the PIONEERS project, shedding light on the port’s role in the green transition in the Black Sea region.
The Baltic and Black Sea Ports & Shipping Exhibition and Conference was a valuable forum for fostering connections, facilitating dialogue, and driving progress in the sector. Thank you to everyone who came by Port of Constanta’s booth!
