PIONEERS consortium partners Lineas, Mosaic Factor and Port of Antwerp-Bruges are working together to enhance barge transportation between Willebroek, Venlo, and Antwerp, as well as nearby locations like P&G’s Mechelen site, the main shipper of this demo. The primary innovation is the development of an AI-based Cargo Flow Optimisation system which helps to make better operational decisions.
